What a Long Gap!
Thursday, September 25, 2003

It's not often that I laugh out loud at something on a website. This made me, so for the first time in a long time (for which my apologies and maybe more about why, later) I headed for Blogger to add a post to this site. This comes from "Lost in Translation"By Junko Hamaguchi. Here’s what those cool-looking Japanese tattoos really say.

Junko writes, "Tim Bass used a Japanese dictionary to choose these characters to represent his first name. That’s a bad idea if you don’t know Japanese. Bass was too scared to ask what his tattoo really meant until I interviewed him. It looks like it says "unreliable delivery service."

You can find Junko's Website, here.

MeWelcome, I'm Steve Bell.

I'm currently working as Marketing and Research Manager for this organisation.

I have been writing a blog for over eight years now and (hopefully sensibly) I tend to write about the things that I know a bit about and that interest me - like Gadgets, Software, New Media, Radio, TV and Marketing.
