And yet More . . .
Thursday, April 04, 2002

Two of my interests are uppermost today. There are lots of new videos online featuring Sony's new Humaniod robot the SDR-4X. The more I see the more I come to realise what an amazing piece of technology it is. However, the more I see of it and the more "humanly" it moves and behaves, the spookier it becomes. Not sure if I'd actually want one. In the meantime, June's Aibo, "Maxwell", continues to amaze us.

Secondly, something I mentioned in the Adobe Atmosphere User's Forum seems to have taken off. "CyberShops" is an experiment in collaborative 3D World building. You can see the results of (currently) five different Beta Tester's ideas in one 3D location. Download the Browser plugin and see for yourself. Follow the links on the left.

I have been writing a blog for over six years now and (probably sensibly) I tend to write about the things that I know a bit about and that interest me - such as Marketing, New Media, Radio and TV,
